Free shipping is available to all customers in the continental United States with orders totaling $100.00 or more of items from the BRG Brands, such as Chase, Elevn, Insight, Excess, and select other brands such as ODI, KMC, IKON, EVS, G-Form, and Tioga. Other brands such as FLY racing, BOX, Answer, Tangent, ect will carry a separate shipping fee, as they will be shipped from a different location other than our California warehouse, but will meet the same pricing plan as above, with free shipping within the USA for over $100 of these separate brands. Packages shipped by this method are shipped by either the United States Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS. Shipping is calculated by amount of purchase in your basket. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time

SHIPPING GUARANTEES

The shipping estimates provided on our cart and checkout pages are provided by the courier companies. We are linked in real-time to the USPS to provide the most accurate up-to-the-minute pricing and delivery estimates. BMX RACING GROUP STORE is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to whether or some other unforeseeable circumstances. It is entirely possible that your package will arrive early or late, though it is much more likely that your package will arrive exactly on time. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.

The day following the shipment is considered the first day in transit. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are NOT included in the price of shipping. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and due on receipt of merchandise.

If a package is refused, customs has the right to destroy the package or return it to sender. If a package is destroyed for non-payment, purchaser will NOT be entitled to a refund. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping to and from your location.

RETURNS

BMX RACING GROUP STORE wants to make sure you are stoked with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return items in their original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 5 days of the receipt of your purchase for complete refund. For returns after 5 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Our store policy does not allow returns for on sale, close out, clearance items, spokes, complete bikes, custom wheel sets, custom bikes or special orders. For online purchases, please log into your account and request the return through your MY ACCOUNT page. You must have an account to make a return to BRG store, no exceptions. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. BMX RACING GROUP retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the cost of originally shipping the product to you.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If you receive parts that were damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper of the item - USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, ect.

ORDER CORRECTIONS:

BMX RACING GROUP STORE works hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by BMX RACING GROUP STORE.

REFUNDS POLICY:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refunds can take up to 72 business hours to be visible in the customer account.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:

Warranty replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. BMX RACING GROUP cannot approve a warranty directly from any brand other than Chase, Elevn, Excess, and Insight.. It will be your job to contact the manufacturer of any other brand to get a claim processed. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer and only cover MFG defects. They do not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care. The manufacture will instruct you on how to process any claim and we are not responsible for these items or their policies.

If there is a true manufacturer’s defect with a items Made by BRG (Chase, Elevn, Excess, or Insight), please refer to our 'Contact us' page and we will start the warranty process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, order number, photos of defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible).
