Complete bikes are sold with assembly required to ride. BRG recommends that a Professional Bike shop completes the build for you. This will be necessary for any warranty process. Some items such as tires, hydraulic brakes, and chains needs to be adjusted / bled , filled/ as well before riding. The build & adjustment of any parts or service needed to complete a build of a bike purchased from BRGstore.com is the sole responsibility of the end consumer.
