Free Shipping on Everything!*

Free shipping is available to all customers in the continental United States with orders totaling $100.00 or more. Packages shipped by this method are shipped by either the United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipping is calculated by amount of your basket. 

SHIPPING RATES

* Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays; Priority Mail is an exception, with Saturdays included in Transit Times for most locations.

SHIPPING GUARANTEES

The shipping estimates provided on our cart and checkout pages are provided by the courier companies. We are linked in real-time to the USPS to provide the most accurate up-to-the-minute pricing and delivery estimates. BMX RACING GROUP STORE is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to whether or some other unforeseeable circumstances. It is entirely possible that your package will arrive early or late, though it is much more likely that your package will arrive exactly on time. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.

The day following the shipment is considered the first day in transit. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are NOT included in the price of shipping. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and due on receipt of merchandise.

If a package is refused, customs has the right to destroy the package or return it to sender. If a package is destroyed for non-payment, purchaser will NOT be entitled to a refund. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping to and from your location.

RETURNS

BMX RACING GROUP STORE wants to make sure you are stoked with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return items in their original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for complete refund. For returns after 30 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Our store policy does not allow returns for close out/clearance items, spokes, complete bikes that have been assembled, custom wheel sets, custom bikes or special orders. For in store purchases, please provide the original receipt at the time of return. For online purchases, please log into your account and request the return through your MY ACCOUNT page. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. BMX RACING GROUP retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the cost of originally shipping the product to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please log into your account and request the exchange through your MY ACCOUNT page. If the exchange is approved, please send your order back in its original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Customers will be charged the difference if the exchanged item is of greater cost than the original. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. If using the exchange form packed in with your order, please ensure payment information is correct, including a signature for authorization.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If you receive parts that were damaged during shipping, please contact us.

ORDER CORRECTIONS:

BMX RACING GROUP STORE works hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by BMX RACING GROUP STORE.

REFUNDS POLICY:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refunds can take up to 72 business hours to be visible in the customer account.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:

Warranty replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. BMX RACING GROUP cannot approve a warranty directly. Our job is to contact the manufacturer on your behalf with the information you provide and to help get a claim processed as quickly as possible. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer and only cover defects. They do not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care.

If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, please refer to our 'Contact us' page  and we will start the warranty process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, order number, photos of defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible).
